• Buyer sends ICPO to Seller post receiving SCO.
Â
• Seller issues commercial invoice CI, for the available
quantity to Buyer, Buyer Signs and returns to Seller with buyers
TSA and NCNDA/IMFPA signed by all buyer groups with commission
structures.

• Seller issues, Dip Test Authorization letter to buyer or
buyers representative (DTA) to be signed by buyer and buyer’s
logistics company and send back to seller.
• â Seller send to buyer: Tank receipt, Injection
Report, Certificate of Origin, Refinery Reservoir Receipt also
confirmation that product is of good, clean cleared origin and is
not under any form of sanction or transfer restrictions by any
United Nations (UN) member state.

• Upon receipt of DTA and associated documentation (AD)
mentioned above, buyer instructs fresh SGS (or equivalent) at their
expense.

• Upon receipt of fresh SGS inspection Report, buyer
provides such to seller and seller issues full Proof of Product
documentation (POP) to the Buyer.

• Upon verification of full POP docs, Buyer makes **0%
payment by MT**3 TT wire transfer for the total product including
Commission to all intermediaries involved in the transaction and to
the financial coordinates of the seller’s choosing.

• Seller injects fuel and issues to buyer complete title and
ownership documentation.
