Our farm capacity is ***0 tons a year in the Blacksea region.
Our farm is *0 minutes by truck
from our processing plant. Our processing plant can process **0
tons a day in 8 hours and our
freezing capacity is **0 tons a day in *0 hours. We use the
latest technology to ensure the
highest quality standard of our product. We have 2 harvest
boats with bleeding machines where
we use an electric shock system.
Our packaging facility can pack 4 tons of Salmon Trout per hour
and our packaging materials are
fully recyclable and comply with the latest EU regulations.
Our products are also tested regularly to ensure they are free
from any pollutants. We offer a
range of Salmon Trout products, such as fillets, steaks,
head-on, head-off, and whole fish, that are
available in a variety of sizes. We also offer our customers a
range of value-added services, such
as private labeling, labeling with customer logos, and
customized packaging.
SAFE AND QUALITY SEAFOOD
Salmon Eggs: Source and procure salmon eggs from reliable
hatcheries with good
quality standards.
Hatchery: Monitor and maintain optimal water quality,
temperature, and oxygen
levels to ensure successful hatching and growth of the salmon.
Feed: Source and implement a sustainable feeding program for
the salmon. Monitor
and adjust feeding amounts as needed to ensure optimal growth
of the salmon.
Harvest: Monitor and adjust harvest times and strategies as
needed to ensure
maximum yield and quality of the salmon.
Processing: Ensure proper handling and processing of the salmon
for sale.
Packing: Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products for
sale.
Traceability: Implement a traceability system to track the
salmon from egg to plate.
Satisfied Customers: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction
with products,
and adjust operations and product offerings as needed.
