We are unique artisan-industrial manufacturer of high quality
frozen sourdough and mother dough based breads, ciabattas and
minibreads for hotels, restaurants and supermarkets and we would

In our new bakery we use custom made automatized stone baking line
combined with the best german flour and traditional method of long
slow fermentation.
We bake from the best german flours which thanks to high protein
level and slow fermentation method can absorb much more water and
that results in very smooth structure and much longer shelf life.
Than we achive by two key effects. One is unique crust done by
stone baking which is combined with very high water content of *0%
so our products litterally dry slower and fight better with
time.
Our products are also very popular for its very unique taste,
beautiful open structure and crispy crust. Also thanks to
traditional slow method where sourdough works as natural conservant
we dont need to use any bakery improvers and everything we do is
exceptionaly made from natural ingredients.
