Dear Sir/Madam, Erdoganlar was established in ***7 as an aluminium extrusion Company in Istanbul. Since our early beginnings in late ***0's the sales revenue and production planets and Offices are gathered under the same roof with the aim of better organisation which will ensure better quality. Increasing the quality of the products and services is the main objective of the company. To achieve this aim, we have tended to penetrate foreign markets . In targeting the foreign market, our main focus has always been the European market which demands high quality produtcs. In the year ***4, Erdoganlar was one of the main Turkish aluminium suppliers for the European market. Today *3.**0 tones of our annual production capacity is exported throughout Europe espacially to Germany and the United Kingdom . Our product range is mainly profiles which are considered as being difficult to extrude. We exrude from *0 grams to 8 kilograms per meter aluminium profiles. The production line is totally integrated which means that all the processes, icluding die making and fabrication, needed for finished products, can be done on the same site. This gives us an important compettive advantage in terms of costumer service. Delivery time after the product design is now down to only 4 weeks. Erdoganlar has six production lines which are extrusion, anodising, electro polishing, powder coating, die making and fabrication. In the extrusion plant production is done in three different production lines The first production line is based on a **0 tones SCHLOEMANN aluminium extrusion press; the second production line is based on a ***0 tones LOEWY aluminium extrusion press and the third on is based on a ***0 tones SMS aluminium extrusion press which is ***3 model. All presses have *0 meters of conveyor lines. Today our total extrusion capacity is ****0 tones annually . In the powder coating plant we have two different powder coating lines and our total capacity is ***0 tones per year. In the anodising line our total capacity is ***0 tones per year all mat and bright colours can be produced . For high quality mat anodised products, mechanical surface treatment process can be done if requested. In the electro polishing line ( Chemical Brightening ) our total capacity is ***0 tones. Our surface finishes are; Mill Finish, Mat Anodised, Chemically Brightened (Chrome Silver, Gold), Powder Coated, Bright Anodised, Linishing (Brushing) We are also very experienced in fabrication, Punch, Drilling, Bending (Curving), Rebating, Milling, Laminate Fitting, Adhesive Tape Covering, Labelling, Straight Cutting Dies are produced on a CNC based die poduction line.
