Shipment and Methods
1. All items are only shipped after the payment is approved by AliExpress; the we need **6 working days to process your order. Make sure your shipping address and contact information is correct.
2. We mainly offer DHL and Hong Kong (Swiss/Singapore) Register Mail for worldwide shipping. Delivery time: Hong Kong Post Mail is normally about ****0 working days;EMS will take ***5 working days;DHL will take about **8 working days(Make sure your shipping address is not in the remote area, or there will cause extra remote fee).In rare case, the strict custom clearance will take longer delivery time, so please be more patient.
Note: below 2KG we shipped via register air mail. Up 2KG we usual shipped via DHL/EMS/OR Hong Kong Post Parcel.
3. Our price is not including the custom duties and other your local fees, we will try to reduce or avoid the custom duties if need.
Return, Repair, Replace and Refund
1. First of all, we need to state that return and refund are unacceptable if there is no quality problem with the item you receive.
2. If the item is defective or gets broken within 1 week after delivery, and there is no any artificial damage, replace or refund is both acceptable. If refund, we will only refund you the product cost without the freight.
3. If the item becomes broken within 3 months after delivery, and the problem is not artificial, it is allowed to be returned for repairing or replacing. To be returned or repaired is up to the supplier. Customer pay for the shipping cost to send it back, while we will send it back to you without any charge.
4. If the item doesn't work after 3 months, and still in **-month warranty, we will get it repaired for you. You need to pay for the freight back and forth.
5. For those artificial damage, customers need to pay for shipping cost back and forth, also the repairing fee
