Famous producer of huge scale of conveyor belts, rubber hoses, molded and unmolded items. Belts are produced on the base of impregnated heat-treated synthetic fabrics such as NN, LCF, CF and NN with breaking strength at warp from **0 to **0 N/mm. On the customer's request it is possible to produce belts with any type of linings and facing's thickness. The breaking tension of the belt is up to ***0 N/mm. Our manufactory produces endless rubber-fabric conveyor belt with goffered board for band vacuum-filters that which exsiccate suspension of potash chloride and gaily wastes. The belt consists of two laminated skeletons pressed in rubber sheet. Fabrics CF, NN, LCF with nominal strength at break (warp) **0 N/mm are used as a base of rubber-fabric skeleton. Drain ports are situated in the middle of the belt along confluent ditches. Type of the belt: Nonflammable. Nonflammable-frost-resistant. Flame-resistant. It is used for belt durability increase, stability against repeated impacts of acute-angled materials pieces and also for protection of skeleton from disruptions and along-the-grain breaks. Our plant also produces the rubber-fabric and rubber-cable conveyor belts with one or two breaker linings.
