GPA GAS LTD was founded originally in ***9 as a sole trader company
which imported and distributed LPG conversion sets for automobiles.
In ***0, the company changed its legal form to LTD to accommodate
its growing business.
In ***3, the company signed a contract with Gazpromneft Lubricants
Ltd, for the distribution of the Russian companys automobile and
truck lubricants to Greece.
At the same time, GPA GAS Ltd acquired representation rights for
the German company FEMITEC, which produces LPG and CNG conversion
sets for automobiles and trucks.
