About US Pune based JVS Comatsco Pvt. Limited is a part of the Rs.**0 crore BSE-Listed Sahyadri Industries Limited, which started way back in early *0ƒ‚ƒ‚¿‚½ƒ‚¿‚½s under the visionary Shri L.B Patel who formed the Patel Group and ventured into building material space, commencing with timber. Soon expanding the family business with the second generation members - Shri Purushottombhai and Shri Vallabhbhai joining into the business, the Patel Group grew to new heights. Under their flagship brand initially called Swastik Roofing Ltd., the company extended into manufacturing flooring tiles and further into Fibre Cement Corrugated Roofing Sheets, Flat Sheets, Cemply boards, Anti-theft door and other accessories. This unstoppable force soon entered the business of Wind farms as well as Real Estate Development. Eventually Swastik Roofing formed what is now called Sahyadri Industries Limited. Over 5 decades in the business, the company is now headed and managed by the third generation members, Mr.Satyen Patel, Mr. Vipul Patel and Mr. Jignesh Patel. With futuristic plans and pursuit to revolutionise the building industry sector, the JVS Comatsco Pvt Limited Company has set up the largest single line manufacturing plant near Nasik to manufacture 2, *0, **0 CuM of ECOLITE Autoclave Aerated Concrete Blocks (AAC). This is the single largest plant in the country.
