Shandong Jingyanggang Metal Equipment Co., Ltd(JYG Precision Casting) was founded in ***7 in Yanggu, Shandong, China. Covering an area of ****0 square meters, the factory boasts advanced investment casting and shell mold sand casting producing lines to cater to the different needs of the customers home and abroad.

As a rising star in the industry of precision investment casting, JYG has been dedicated to the production, marketing, and R & D of quality precision casting products since its founding. Investment casting, or lost-wax casting, is one of the oldest metal forming process, dating back thousands of years, in which an expendable mold is made around a wax pattern that is to be burned away before molten metal is poured in. It is a precision casting process used to create metal parts, especially complex, intricate or thin-wall castings from almost any alloy. JYG has been providing high-integrity, close-tolerance, near-net-shape precision casting parts for the customers of various industries around the world and gradually becoming a trusted name in the foundry industry.

A full set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and stringent quality control system have been established and observed at the very beginning of factory operation. Besides, JYG is certified to ISO***1:***5, ISO/TS ****9:***9 Quality Management Systems, ISO****1:***5 Environmental Management System, and BS OHSAS ****1:***7 Health & Safety Management System and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED).

We take pride in our experienced, highly skilled technical team that are committed to innovation and upgrade in our casting operation for many years. A well-equipped in-house laboratory is in place to monitor the production from materials to finished products.

The main material we use including super austenitic stainless steels, super duplex stainless steels, high manganese steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, Hastelloy alloy, nickel & cobalt-based alloys, high chromium cast iron, ductile iron, gray iron and so on. The casting tolerance is controlled within 0.**0.2mm. The weight range of our precision casting is from *0g to **0kg while that of our shell mold sand casting is from 5kg to **0kg.
