The company is specialized in manufacturing all kinds of high-quality rockwool products and it has the most advanced and complete set of exterior wall thermal insulation rock cotton production line. Annual production capability reaches *5,**0 tons for high-quality rockwool board.
     High-quality natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite are used as the main raw material. The company is capable of supplying rockwool products including exterior wall thermal insulation rock cotton board, high-quality roof board, rockwool board specially for laminboard, and rockwool board for building. Equipped with complete inspection and testing equipment. The company not only has complete and scientific quality management system, but also has a professional and dedicated service team.

Production process:

     PHENIX rockwool is made from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite, which are chosen with high quality. The rocks are melted in a cupola at temperature of more than ***0 degrees, then molten lava is fiberized by a spinner. The inorganic fibers and additives are bonded together using a thermosetting resin to form the final product which is cut into suitable sizes. Wired blanket, pipe cover and faced products are produced by secondary process.
     Typical densities of rockwool rang from *****0kg/m3.
