1. Detonator Production Line
In ***4, the largest rigid fuse-head electric detonator production in the world was set up.
Becoming better and approaching perfection day by day, the first electric detonator production line is built advanced all over the world. This production line is equipped with worldwide-leading digital electric detonator leg wire injection technique, high safety digital electric detonator end product assembly technique, and digital electric detonator performance network online test.
Later in ***2, we established basic detonator automated and continuous filling production line.
2. Colloidal Emulsion Explosive Production Line
In ***8, we built the first colloidal emulsion explosive production line which is worldwide-leading in China with annual capacity of *2,**0 tons explosive. The colloidal emulsion explosive production line, imported from the USA, is continuous and automated with computer video process monitoring. As the first one built explosive production line in China which ranks among the world-leading levels, it is equipped with high technical facility, superior product performance and high degree of automation. The worker number declines from more than **0 to less than *4 while daily production capability rises from several tons to *2 tons. Our colloidal emulsion explosive, anti-water, has superior blasting performance and high security with less fumes generated during use. Besides, workers can work promptly after blasting finished, which undoubtedly reduces cost and increases profit at the extreme.
3. Booster Production Line
In ***3, we imported advanced booster production line, and finished the acceptance of production line in September, ***4. The prime charge of the booster is TNT and RDX. Its used in initiating the low detonator sensitive explosives such as ANFO explosive, slurry explosive and emulsion explosive. Its widely applied in all kinds of coalmine blasting and deep hole blasting realizing all borehole firing with the mixing truck for high efficiency blasting.
4. High Strength Shock Tube Production Line
Automatic high strength shock tube production line was firstly introduced from USA by us in ***2. Drawing speed is **0~**0m/min, 5 to *0 times faster than other Chinese shock tube production speed. Composite shock tube structure is three-layer pattern. The inner layer boasts good fuse adhesion ability, while the intermediate layer bonding layer, the outer layer is an anti-abrasion and anti-oil layer with high strength. Composite high strength shock tube boasts rather good ductility and flexibility and the product performance is edge-leading in the world market and capable of meeting application requirements of different environments. The combined shock tube detonator product series of high strength shock tube and delay detonator can be widely applied in mechanical engineering blasting of mixed explosive loading site operation, e.g. Open deep-hole blasting and pinpoint blasting.
