Officially Incorporated on the *4th day of February, ***2 under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT ***0 (RC:******4) and NIGERIA EXPORT PROMOTION COUNCIL (REG NO: NE/****8/LA/***2) and (EXC: ****7) We are currently involves in sales and exportation of Shea-Butter, Shea Nut, Palm Kernel Nut, Palm Kernel Shell, Cassava, Cashew Nut and Charcoal. We also have interest in Rural Electrification, Electrical/Electronic Materials as well as procurement, repairs, reconditioning and distribution of Power & Distribution Transformers and generators of all categories suitable for Federal, State, Local Government, Private and individual power projects. Our other area of specialization includes sourcing for agricultural products and solid mineral for our foreign partners from Nigeria and all around West Africa.
