We are a family owned, independent business, originally established in ***2 to supply fixings and power tools to the construction industry. In ***0 we moved to our present ***0 square foot premises where we have a large showroom/trade counter, bulk warehousing and offices. In ***1 we became members of the THS Tools buying group which vastly expanded our available product range and has resulted in the company broadening its appeal to customers based far outside the construction industry. We have been in existence for over *0yrs supplying the construction, engineering and allied industries and know the pressures and demands that our customers, whether they be local authorities, workshops, colleges or the construction site, place on the supply chain, satisfying those demands and alleviating those pressures is our business. Service and testing We are able to carry out site testing/demonstrations. All the power tools we sell, we repair. And depending on the make we can arrange on site collection/delivery by the manufacturer, to save you down time if the tool should fail while under warranty. Our Technical Department is on hand for advice and support for all the products we sell. We can arrange for on or off site xxxxx testing of your equipment. We operate our own internal quality system in which all non-conformities are listed and remedied in accordance with accepted quality standards. We regularly audit the system internally to ensure compliance is maintained. As members of the THS Tools Group which carries its own LRQA ISO***1 certification we can provide certificates of conformity, quality or compliance for most products as long as these are requested at the time of the initial order. COSSH reports, Generic Method Statements and Technical Literature are readily available. We service our customers in South Wales and the West Country mainly through our own transport ie our 7.5t Mobile Trade Counter vehicles or the smaller vansMORE THAN FIXING
