Ningbo Yinzhou Qinbo mechanical company is a metal production base of Reed auto parts Group and specializes in the manufacture of the metal punching, cutting, bending, welding and painting product, both for spare parts and finished product. All of these products are following the GB and international standard warmly accepted at home and abroad. Qinbo factory own fixed assets of around 8 million RMB, has more than *0 specialized machines for different products and *0 employees in all (technicians occupy in more than *0%). By using the methods of CAD Design, SPC control and MSA Analysis, the quality and technology are ensured to meet the different customer requirements all of the world. Ningbo Yinzhou Quanhong electroplating factory is a plastic injection and e-plating base of Reed auto parts Group. The factory owned *0 plastic injection machines which can handle from *0g to **0g plastic product and surface treatment from chrome plating, galvanization, gold plating, silver plating to cooper& nickel plating. All the plating is in automatic production line and non-polluted water recycled for environment protection. Factory own fixed asset around *0 million Rmb, 2 automatic production lines and 1 chemical laboratory, total *0 employees(5 technicians included). Factory owned over *0 years experiences to solve the complicated technical problem during the electroplating. The DK office is mainly focus on the new style product research and prototype making for new model and for the EU market sales.
