The company€™s refinery OAO TuapseNeft Refinery, one of the largest in Russia, accounts for almost 9% of the country€™s refining throughput. The refinery produces *8 types of petroleum products with high-quality performance and environmental characteristics, including all types of motor fuels, aromatics, liquid paraffin, roofing and insulation materials, etc. Diesel fuel, jet fuel, roofing materials and bitumens produced by the refinery meet international quality standards. A LAB-LABs plant commissioned in ***6 produces chemicals for *5% biodegradable detergents. This feedstock is used to produce **0% of synthetic detergents in Russia and *0% in Europe. OAO TuapseNeft Refinery is an oil and gas producing enterprise in the Tomsk Region. It was established in July ***3 as a result of privatization of the Tomskneft industrial association, which was set up in ***6. OAO TuapseNeft was acquired by the Company in May ***7. In late December ***7, a *0% stake in OAOTuapseNeft was sold to Gazprom Neft. OAO TuapseNeft holds licenses to develop over *0 oil and gas fields. Tomsk-Petroleum-and-Gaz, a subsidiary of OAO TuapseNeft holds exploration and production licenses to two more blocks.
