Prima Komited Sdn Bhd (PKSB) was established in Malaysia on *3 April ***3 and is in business of manufacturing and distributing Consumer Electrical Home Appliances. PKSB was set up under the purview of Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), as a Foreign Investment Company (FIC). PKSB is licensed by MIDA as a manufacturing company.

During the early years, PKSB acted as the regional procurement center for its principal stake holder, CONSUMER PRODUCTS EST (CPE) of Saudi Arabia. CPE is an importer cum distributor of both electrical and non-electrical products in the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) region.

Upon discovering that there ia a great demand for Malaysian made Consumer Electrical Home Appliances in the MENA region. PKSB with the support of CPE, ventured into the manufacturing sector. During this time, PKSB registered as an exporter with Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE).

In early ***6, PKSB set up the assembly plant in Shah Alam and in ***8 an assembly plant was also set up in Jakarta, Indonesia under PT Prima Komited. PKSB invested millions in ringgits in the setting up of an assembly plant in Shah Alam. This investment includes design,mold,pattern,trademark,copy rights and procurement of equipments,components of parts and finally investment into human capital.

PKSB now has a network of more than **0 electrical products dealer and chain store/hypermarket. PKSB also has export markets in South East Asia, MENA and South America.
