Shaanxi Forever Coking Industry(SFCI)is one of the leading
producers of 'Blue Metallurgy Coke'in Shaanxi
province,China.
Founded in ***4 in Miao Goumen Industrial district, Yulin City,
Shaanxi province. Supported with the state-of-the-art
technologies and facilities, the company has the flexibility of
producing different sizes of 'Blue met coke' as per customer's
requests.
'Blue' met coke is a new type of carbon material, which is
produced under the condition of destructive distillation with the
single raw coal digged from the JURASSIC coalfield, more than ten
coal mines there work for Shenhua group. It is also one of the
biggest coalfields in China, located in Yulin city, Shaanxi
province.
The reason why it is called 'Blue'met coke is that its flame
looks a little blue when the material burns.
This material possesses several unique features that traditional
met coke don't have. 'low ash','low sulfur','low phosphorus''low
aluminum ';'high fixed carbon', 'high specific
resistance','high chemical activity', it can be a perfect
sbustitute of traditional met coke / nut coke with no doubt in
steel industry, ferroalloy industry,clean-fuel industry, as well
as chemical industry like making chemical fertilizer, calcium
carbide, the NSSCˆJapan‰one of the prestigious steel
producers in the world , began to use it to take the place of
anthracitic coal in ***5.
As a clean fuel, its indexes are much superior than anthracite
coal, it has a remarkable influence for enterprises in improving
the air quality, reducing emissions of poisonous gas. Most
importantly, it also helps improve the quality of derived
product, reduce the cost of production, increase the capacity and
so on, which has been widely come into use in China cities
including metropolis like Beijing and Shanghai.
By far, with 6 furnaces across our plant, SCFI has reached a
