Sky Nice Holdings Ltd is holding company holding with our Kei Yip Mould Making Company it was established in Hong Kong since ***3 and moved to Xinsi Adminstration Area of Hengli Town in Dongguan City Guangdong Province in ***3 with a registered name Youyun Metal and Plastic Factory. Besides, we have established an Import & Export trading platform in Hong Kong: SKY NICE HOLDINGS LTD in ***5 to develop our international trading business. With an investment of HKD *5 million, Kei Yip Mould Making factory has an area of ***0 sqm. and more than **0 employees. Our company is qualified for ISO ********0 quality management system and has an annual turnover of HKD*5 million. The factory mainly produces plastic injection moulds (molds) and plastic parts. It is equipped with CNC and over *0 plastic injection-molding machines. The Engineering Department has different CAD/CAM software to support high quality mould-making to fulfill the needs of our clients. Our production capacity consists of household appliances, cleaning tools, toys and high precision parts. Besides, billions of plastic parts are further processed and packaged for clients in Europe, America and Japan. SKY NICE is the trading platform of our business in China and other Asian countries. Sky Nice Holdings Its main business is trading of plastic waste materials and regrind/ scrap repro-pellet etc. PC, GPPS, ABS, HIPS, EPS, NYLON, PC, ACRY, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, waste paper and waste metal. Our outlook in ***5: We are applying for the establishment of a large recycling plant in China to process, distribute and recycle waste plastic, paper and metal materials:Used rail, HMS 1 & HMS 2 and Crude oil, Fuel oil etc. And we will soon establish our own pier in the vicinity.
