Another product we are going to launch at the same time is Totally New Concept uPVC window welding machine and Cutting machine. This new welding machine is designed and developed in xxxxx with a microprocessor and precision control welding push servomotors, thin welding line is made for no further trimming or cleaning after welding. Corner strength is beefed up by no further cutting. No bulk airhose, electric wirings underneath, no guideplates coming up from the bottom. Upper clamping units and base structure are collapsable to save ocean and inland freight drastically. Less risks of damage during transportation because the whole system is light weighted. Heater plate is inverter controlled without sparking relays, timers and temp. control can be finger touched with LCD and touch screen. Noiseless and dustless uPVC cutting machine will come soon with fuzzy control in ***8. You don't need to buy expensive robot 4 point welding machines for faster production but better consider removing trimming and cleaning to produce more and better.
