headquartered in China (ZheJiang Jinfei Kaida Wheel Co., Ltd) and
Vossen is our Thailand factory.
For motorcycle wheels: our company has
cooperated with SUZUKI, Honda, YAMAHA, Haojue, KYMCO, KTM, SYM,
QJiang motor, CFMOTO, ZONTES, LONGJIA, CAGIVA Husqvarna, Benelli,
ROYAL ENFIELD. At present, we have a complete production chain
from mold design and production to wheel production. And our
process includes Painting, powder coating, Anodize, Plating, lace
process, etc. As for the casting process, we have gravity
casting, low pressure casting, high pressure casting, sand core
casting.
For automobile wheels:
Thailand: Vossen mainly supplies customers in the United
States, Europe, Russia, etc. At present, we have a complete
production chain from mold design and production to wheel
production. And our process includes painted, machine face,
chrome, PVD, polish, dispensing, two-piece rim, window milling,
diamond cut etc. Size range from
****2 inches.
China: Jinfei
has cooperated with SUZUKI,
DAIHATSU, GEELY, CHERY, GWM, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Changan, BAIC, DFM,
SAIC-Volkswagen, FAW GROUP and Liuqi. And have over *0 million
pcs capacity per year.
