Variety of standards can define supervised admixtures. The most
common standard in Russia is GOST (ГОСÐ) *******1 (All Union
State Federal Standard). Europe and many other countries normally
use technical condition sign Cu-OFE or others. Also, supervised
admixtures can be agreed between consumer and manufacturer. Usually
parties define not only the list of supervised admixtures, but the
ultimate content of some of these admixtures.
GOST *******1 and technical condition sign Cu-OFE describe
requirements for purified oxygen free copper. According to this
list of supervised admixtures guarantees the level of copper purity
*9,*9%. Using standard technologies it is almost impossible to
reach result higher than *9,**7%, in other words, the sum of
admixtures according to the standard list less than *0 ppm.
Individual results could be higher than *9,*9% , but guarantees not
less than *9,*9% or no more than **0ppm of admixtures.
