Our agricultural company is managed by many partners and is located in the uncontaminated region of Basilicata, in the south of Italy. There you will find a landscape that is naturalistic. Our lands extend for **0 hectars. Some of this land is dedicated to breeding and some is dedicated to the production of cereals and for grazing. A small portion of the land is dedicated to pastures. Our production of rabbit meat is guaranteed by our control of the entire process: breeding, butchery, laboratory activity, and customer service. This vertical integration process combined with advanced technologies with regard to breeding, guarantees the health of the animals and the safety of the consumer, allowing us to deliver a superior final product. This gives us the chance to obtain a high standard of quality which differentiates us from the others. Thanks to a special breed of rabbit with black eyes and a heavy pelt opportunistically selected over the course of many years, the particulars of our product are as follows: - our rabbits are fed non-genetically modified vegetables, they are fed without animal fats or animal by-products - homogenous of body - they have organs with excellent characteristics - versatility during cooking - each rabbit comes with a label gauranteeing the identity of its origins and its breeder. The butchery phase occurs with our external partners, who are regularly authorized by the European Union. Using a system of temperature maintenance without the use of fans, rabbits remain whole and do not come in contact with water. In addition, through our other partners we initiated the use of vacuum packaging as well as packaging in a sterile container. These include raw and cooked rabbit, both with a long shelf life. Among our products we have: - rabbit raw (whole rabbit in vacuum package) - rabbit cooked (hamburgers and meat balls in wrapped sterile container atm).
