All of the items sold are very good quality which is checked before shipping. All clothing is very closely checked for imperfection. Our shipping department is very quick, to make sure items are sent out in timely fashion. All leather or leather like items are very well structured(such as belts and wristcuffs). Quality is of upmost importance, every item that we sell goes through a lengthy process of check to make sure our customers are satisfied at all times. A bad item is a bad reflection on a company, and we are far from wanting that label. We sell a very large array of items, and we also have a mail-out catalog of items that is sent twice a month. Each catalog sent out is full of our sale items for that time period, although customers are able to buy any of the items from past catalogs at any time. Production is done by other companies that we have been in business with for years before this beginning company came into play. Our origional company has been around for many years, and we are very kindly looked at by our buyers and our distributors. We are located in the United States.
