The foundation of SK(Pvt.) Ltd. was laid by Sardar Gulam Hassan Khan Niazi (Father of Sardar Khan Niazi). In ***2 Sardar Khan Niazi took charge of SK(Pvt.). Ltd. In the beginning Sardar Khan Niazi started their business as a constructor and build black cat runways for airports all over the country and they were also importing defense equipment. SK Importer was created under the flag of SK Group in ***2. Sardar Khan Nazi's mother started a trust from beginning of this company and SK Pvt. Ltd. is continually funding SKNT trust. In ***0 Sardar Khan Niazi reestablished the trust and named it SKNT and added a new company under the umbrella of SK Group. In ***8 Sardar Khan Niazi also started a new company Gasco ***0 dealing with the CNG stations on different locations in Pakistan. There is also expansion plans to cover all over Pakistan. SRN Media was inaugurated in ***3 to manage its news papers. Its not the end, its just the starting of Sardar Khan Nazi's vision. In ***5 he started another company Paradise City (Pvt.) Ltd which operates housing schemes of remarkably large lands. In this era of globalization, technology is progressing with pace. So Sardar Khan Niazi has started MindWorks Technology, a software house with innovative and creative paradigm. Businesses are: SK Importer, Gasco ***0, SKNT trust, SRN Media, Paradise City Pvt. Ltd., MindWorks Technologies The SK Group comprises of six operating companies in following business segments: Information technology, Real estate, Developer and Builders, Media, Import and exports and CNG stations. The SK Group was founded by Sardar Gulam Hassan Khan Niazi in the mid ***0's. Sardar Khan Niazi and those who followed him aligned business opportunities with the objective of nation building. This approach remains enshrined in the SK Group's ethos to this day.
