During the ***0's in co-operation with a UK engineering group, Zhengzhou AONE Graphic designed and built three advanced production lines for the manufacture of lithographic printing plates. Using the world leading technology the company currently manufactures "AONE" positive offset printing plates, but has plans to increase its product range to include negative and digital products. The projected output is in the region of *8 million square meters per annum. "AONE" printing plates are made using only the best quality aluminium. The special graining process and high performance post treatment technology give an even non-directional grain with excellent water holding properties. "AONE" printing plate gives excellent dot reproduction over a range of exposures. Fast drawdown of film to plate is achieved using vacuum assist system. The excellent press life can be further enhanced by post baking the plate at high temperature.
