Packaging&Delivery:

Packaging Detail: in containers for international shipment. all steel parts(sprayed with antirust finish) of melting furnace will be shipped unpacked. All refractory material and castables will be wrapped with plastic film and fixed on the bracket. Billets casting equipment, which control cabinet, etc will be packed in plywood cases fixed on bracket. All the Chinese fir batten for the bracket will be fumigated and marked as standard. The package is suitable for domestic transportation and ocean transportation.
Delivery Detail: about 3 month.

 General description
Aluminium scrap melting furnace mainly smelts fragmentized aluminium with oil , paint and plastics, and aluminium scraps containing iron, as well as some parts of aluminium ingot etc.
Twins chambers are designed for the aluminium scrap melting furnace. A chamber is the charging chamber, the other one is heating chamber and a barrier between them is installed to ventilate and transport aluminium liquid.

Working procedure:
Aluminium ingots are transported to charging chamber/heating chamber by charging machine/forklift via furnace door while the other aluminium scraps are transported into charging chamber by charging installation. The threshold of heating chamber is spacious enough to reheat the materials which are put on the threshold previously.
A batch of materials charged by charging machine will push the previous reheated materials into melting pot as soon as needed, so that the purpose of energy conservation and stoving moisture contained in material is achieved. The all is a crucial guarantee of safety in production.

Advantage:
An environmentally friendly hot air burner/regenerative burner with high efficiency and energy conservation is installed and controlled by an automatic PLC system. And it smelts raw aluminium ingots and heat up the aluminium liquid. In order to smelt the scrap aluminium in the charging chamber, the pump circulates the aluminium liquid in charging chamber and heating chamber.
Regulate the temperature of charging chamber which can prevent sheets from ignition loss and oxidation because of high temperature in the furnace.Being equal or greater than 6.0T/H melting rate and being equal or less than 4% metal ignition loss can be ensured by reasonable design of furnace chamber and perfect combustion burner system.
