General description:

There are two kinds of melting furnaces: stationary melting furnace and tilting melting furnace. And we can design and manufacture round/rectangular melting furnace to provide aluminium liquid for demicontinuous hydraulic casting machine/casting rolling machine according to custom’s requirements. And it also can smelt aluminium ingots and aluminium scraps in the melting furnace and add alloying elements on the basis of analysis of chemical composition.

Advantage:
Aluminium materials are controlled by automatic PLC system and melted by regenerative burner/hot air burner. greater than 6T/H melting rate and less than 1% metal ignition loss can be ensured by reasonable design of furnace chamber and perfect combustion of burner system. Then melting furnace make the converter tilt enough to tilting type holding furnace, aluminium liquid flows reposefully down into demicontinuous hydraulic casting machine.
