TLP - AB (Proteases enzyme) INTRODUCTION : TLP - AB is a versatile enzyme based on proteolytic enzyme for all types of leather. Its is used in acidic pH range for lime / pickled pelts as well as in enzymatic slackening of wet blues and vegetable synthetic crust leather. TLP - AB preserves the hide substance and gives the leather a soft grain, maintains even substance in areas such as flanks and improves the fell , uniformity of colour and firmness of grain. Appearance : TLP - AB is an free flowing off white to pale brown powder. pH Dependency : The Ph Range for the activity of TLP - AB is approximately from 3.0 to 5.0 with an optimum performance at 4.0 . The exact pH optimum will depend on many process variables, such as Temperature , time , substrate nature and concentration. Temperature Dependency : The activity of TLP - AB is effective in the Temperature range of *5 deg C to *5 deg C with the optimum performance at *0 deg C. The exact temperature optimum will depend on process variables such as pH , time , substrate nature and concentration. ADVANTAGES: TLP - AB enzyme is especially suited for degradation of non – collagenous hide components during the bating process. TLP - AB provides a clean and uniform hide pelt , increased area increased tear strength and softness, reduced thickness and a significant area increase , all these features are originated from the optimal ratio between its elastolytic and proteolytic activity. As a concentrated enzyme product TLP - AB enzyme is easy to formulate into ready to use bating preparation. PACKAGING : TLP - AB is available in *5Kgs. HDPE containers.
