 air vaporizer uses vertical finned tubes, and has new structure. It can automatically adjust the liquid level and change heat exchanging interface to meet the change of productivity load.  When the load is too high, the liquid level will increase to a certain position and the floating-ball valve will cut off the gas outlet port, so it is highly reliable.
       Our company's LPG Air-heated type vaporizer uses the decompression vaporization mechanism. The LPG liquid from storage tank or cylinder goes through the pressure regulating system, and its temperature drops dramatically, so the temperature difference between the liquid and the environment increased. As a result, the heat exchanging rate is increased too. The liquid then enters the vaporizing section, where the LPG absorbs the heat of the environment and vaporizes. The liquid level can automatically increase or decrease according to the workload. LGP gas goes through the liquid level controller and enters the post heating section, absorb the environment heat and further increase the temperature. The LPG gas then goes through the outlet port and enters the intermediate pressure pipeline for supply. To ensure safety, safety valves are installed on the outlet pipes, and automatically controlled by liquid level controlling device to cut off relative outlet port to stop LPG liquid entering the pipeline.
