The diet effect of UP-WELL EXTRA® was confirmed in clinical trial. The trial was proceeded in a double blind examination for three months. **0 mg was set as dose a day. It results that UP-WELL EXTRA® group (*4 persons) was decreased
by approximately 1.0 kg, on the other hand, Placebo group (*2 persons) was
increased by approximately 0.5 kg. The part of this effect is occurred by the inhibition of lipase andα-glucosidase in gastointestine by UP-WELL EXTRA®.

3?Pollen Binding Effect of UP-WELL EXTRA®
UP-WELL EXTRA® can bind strongly to allergen as a pollen and antigen of cryptomeria japonica and ragweed (See below figure of binding characteristics). 
This removal of allergen may avoid the symptom of allergy of skin, nose, eye, etc.  Now, the anti-allergy effects of UP-WELL EXTRA® are examined in vivo in the way of oral intake, rhinenchysis, and gargle of UP-WELL EXTRA®.

??Depressed production effect of Free Radicals of UP-WELL EXTRA®
UP-WELL EXTRA® can depress the free radical generation, archenemy of aging and beauty, by removal of free iron in human body. Free radical depression capacity of UP-WELL EXTRA® is ten times than that of transfferin which is well known as an iron binding protein (See right figure).
