The basic design is for working in low temperature pasteurizing, cooling and warming combination of all three. - IN-FEED & THE DRAINAGE PIPING SYSTEM The piping system is made of SUS**4, invididual supply water control and drainage piping system convenient deliver to the cooling tank for re-cycling and re-use. - PASTEURIZE-SPRAYING CIRCULATION SYSTEM The independent circulation system design is to use **6 kgs vapors to process the efficient heating inside the piping-flow heater, then to keep the stable pasteurized temperature at the set-up value through the proportional valve. The water produced when in heating transfer procession will be recycled to the storage tank to save the energy. - COOLING SPRAYING CIRCULATION SYSTEM Every cooling spray area is equipped with the individual piping, storage tank, cycle flow pump, filter, pressure gauge show spray, liquid level/temperature independence or link running control device. The design enables the proper spray area temperature of every section. - SPRAY WATER SYSTEM The taper spray design ensures the large spraying area, avoid any corner missed, easy dismantle and clean.
