This machine has Label extraction filter and inside and outside spraying with detergent ***** etc . - Fully auto bottle washer mod with and ouput of the bottles on the same side of the m/c. - This is manufactured in serveral types for bottle from 2 lt to 1 1 1/4 lt. ( ¦**0mm and H **5mm max. ) or bottle from 1 lt. up to 1/5 lt. ( ¦*5mm. and H=**5 mm max. ) - This type of machine is mainly suitable for variable/high outputs. - One of the most important characteristics of the mashic is that it has a device for emptying the bottles and for the pre-washing jetting before to start with the main wash cycles. - Label extraction is effected by continuous filtration of the soaking tank solutions through continuous rotary wire mesh belt filters which equipped with blow-off divice. - Heating coils are made of seamless stainless steel.
