Automatic Hydraulic Cut To Length Line (1600mm)

Composed of coil car, hydraulic decoiler, leveler, cut to length station, hydraulic shear, and stacking system etc

The proposed cut to length line will function as HORIZONTAL cutter for sheets. In the beginning, jumbo coil is loaded on the coil car by overhead crane and brought to the decoiler by operating the coil car. Coil car centralizes the coil under decoiler’s mandrel and the coil is mounted on the decoiler. Mandrel is expanded. Snubber roll rotates the coil. Peeler breaks the straps and brings the pre end upto Pinch roll. The Pinch roll drives the coil end upto the leveler. Then its drive is disconnected. The leveler flatten coil into strip further. Flattened strips are threaded through loop table and feed by cut to length station and hydraulic shear. Cut sheets are stacked for final packing.
