"Bondsure"BAC high polymer concrete waterproof material is comprised of polymer sheet(HDPE,EVA,ECB, Polyethylene polypropylene fiber),self-adhesive rubber asphalt  compound,isolating membrane. As requirement, it can be reinforced by combining fabric with the polymer sheet. With the merits of  both polymer waterproof rolling material and self-adhered membrane,  the penetration resistance,weather-resistance,self-healing property, high and low temperature resistance of this waterproof Membrane are improved dramatically. And its physical properties and chemical property are good.

 Performance Charcteristics

1.The way of setting one layer for waterproofing and the other two layers for Prevention from leakage is more effective and reliable. This membrane is with the advantages of both Polymer waterproof Membrane and  self-adhered membrane which drastically improves its property of puncture resistance, weather resistance, self-healing,  high and low temperature resistance.Its physical property is good and chemical property more stable.

2.Self-adhered compound layer is made through an exclusive prescription which can form a interpenetrating polymer networks with cement molecular  and make the waterproof membrane and waterproof project become an integral whole(impermeable after even long-term immersion in water). 

3.Ways of overlapping are flexible. Depending upon Actual project situation, seal patterns like  cool Self-viscous" sticker to sticker" welding polymer membranes or double sided self-adhered tape is optional.

4.Methods of construction are flexible.  depending  site Conditions,  the membrane is open to various methods of construction like wetting and spreading,suspending lay-up, mechanically fixing, hanging lay-up,which are flexible and they are more effective in waterproofing.

5.Requirements over base  are low,shortening construction period.it is workable on the bases wet or even rough without base coating or pretreatment. Degree of construction freedom is high regardless of weather condition,which would save construction time dramatically.

6.Totally pollution-free. It is no need to get any solvent or fuels involved,avoiding environmental pollution or  fire control incipient fault and saving energy as well.

7.Construction method of "Pre-laid"(external protection layer stuck inside) filling  domestic gaps in waterproofing,solving historic problems.

Application scope

It is applicable to civil buildings like roofings, basements,bridges,tunnels,reserviors,civil air-defense constructions, military facilities,  and works of seepage prevention, moisture proof.

 

Packing and Transportation

1,Keep it dry,ventilation and out of the sun or rain.

2,Different types or specifications of products should be seperate, not mixed.The membrane should be lying in storage or transportation and the stockpile height should not be more than 4 layers.

3,Storage time is one year from manufacture date if the product is under normal operation of storage .

4,In the process of transportation, it should be laying in case of inclination or lateral compressive force due to the overlapping.  

5,Smoking and lighting fires are strictly forbidden in its storehouse or on the construction site.
