1. Intoduction
The bentonite for drill is prepared through sodium modification and grinding of
nonmetal mine which contains montomorillonite.It is basic slurry compounding material
for water based drill fluid ,applicable to fresh water drill fluid
and salinity salt
waterdrill fluid with salinity less than ***0mg/L . It can also be used as fluid loss additive,viscosifier and plugging agent. The drill mud benyonite has characteristics of good floatability, thixotrophy, less fluid loss, good mud-making
capacity , easy
compound and easy adjustment of drill fluid density. It is the indispensable ideal
basic
materials for bore drilling and off-shore drilling projects.
