Overview

FF-II is compounded by natural asphault and composite surfants. Because it is manufacturedwith a special craft, the contained asphalt is far higher than sulfonated asphalt and emulfied asphalt.Therefore, it has a good sealing effect.

It can be effectively dispersed in water without flocculation and floating phenomena.

It has excellent shale inhibition for the insoluble asphalt dispersing in the drilling fluid canadsorbed on the surface of the shale to form a thin and tough, hydrophobic film with smallpermeability; Moreover, under the action of the pressure difference the dispersing asphalt can alsoblock the pore and micro-cracks, therefore it can prevent the filtrate from invading into formation.Cationic group has good inhibitory effect for it can effectively prevent shale from hydration swellingor peeling off the wall and stabilize the borehole.

It can effectively seal and match with other LCS agents to increase sealing effect.

It does not increase viscosity, which is especially to formulate high density drilling fluids fordeep wells.

It has a good thermal stability, which can be applied to formulate drilling fluids for hightemperature drilling fluids.

It can resist salt and calcium so that it can be applied in various drilling fluids for fresh water,salt water, sea water and saturated water.

It can match with other agents well so that it can be directly added into various drilling and

compeltion fluids and its common dosage is 1%*3%.

They are packaged in a triple sack with the lined bag. Each sack is *5kg. And they shall be

stored in a shady and dry place with good ventilation.

They shall be avoided to touch with eyes, skin and clothes. If touched, they shall be cleaned by a

great amount of clean water. The handling method and risky data shall be referred to MSDS
