This product is a new type of sizing agent.  Our domestic well-known colleges and universities research it according to international advanced technology and the actual raw material structure and actual production . This product has good film forming properties and good water resistant.
  This produce not only can significantly improve water resistance of board surface and ring crush strength of board surface but also can reduce dropping fiber and power in the coating of process. At the same time, improve product grade.
Range of application: coated white board paper, liner board paper, cattle paperboard, corrugated base paper, white cardboard and so on.
                           Application: 
  Used in the surface sizing system of paper and paper board (such as coated whiteboard paper, Kraft liner paper, Kraft paper , corrugated paper, white cardboard paper and so on)
Features: 
1. It can reduce the phenomenon of dropping fiber and powder.
2. It could be used to adjust the sizing degree quickly and improve the water resistance of the paper.  
3. It does not have negative effect on people's health in the process of shipping, storing and using. 
4. It can reduce the pressure of water treatment, and reduce cost of production.
5. It can be used mixed with starch or used alone. It can reduce the cobb numerical greatly.
6. It can completely replace internal sizing agent of pulp.

Methods:
1,After the temperature of starch drop to about *0°C ( no more than *5°C ), slowly add Aluminum sulfate (According to the amount of starch :5—*0%,about 2—5kg).we  can also use PAC in place of Aluminum sulfate , if so , the dosage can be reduced ( about 1—3kg) ,thenstir the mixture . Next step: add this product; stir the mixture for next operation.
2. We can also be continuous measurement to add.      Adding position: Aluminum sulfate:inlet-of-the-pump
                              This product: the exit of pump
Dosage: 0.**3 kg per ton of paper. You can adjust it for different paper.
Package and storage
1. Plastic barrels for **0kg and ***0 kg or your demand.
