Coated CBN
CBN-T consists of CBN particle with a thin titanium coating.This coating offers a protective thermal and chemical shield to the particles.In certain bond systems,this coating protects the surface of the CBN particles from destructive chemical attack,and under suitable conditions can improve the grit retention in the bond.

CBN-N clad to *0% weight with electroplates nickel. The unusual combination of high particle by strength together with the sharp cutting characteristics CBN makes it ideal for efficient use in demanding high performance resin bond applications.

Coated diamond
Coated diamond is divided into electrolytic and chemical plating, it includes Ni coating, Cu coating, Ti coating, Cr coating etc. Coated diamond effectively increase holding force between diamond and bonding, reduce thermal shock, protect diamond against oxidation and graphite,lengthen product lifetime.

Specification available: 1. conventional nickel plating product specifications have N*0, N*5, N*6, according to customer requirements can plating different coating thickness. 2. copper plating, plating titanium plating different thickness of the plating products according to customer requirements.
