Description:
Coolant (Secondary Refrigerant) FNCL*6 is a multi-component compound, with applications in industrial cooling systems (above **0℃), medicine synthesis, petrochemical industry, scientific research, central air-conditioning, cold storage and etc. It has excellent properties of no-scaling, corrosion inhibiting, low viscosity, high specific heat, high heat-conducting rate and easy to clean.
 
Advantages:

• No scaling: FNCL*6 contains anti-scaling components and does not contain any substances that may cause scale or coke.
• Corrosion inhibiting: strongly protective on carbon steel and copper pipe. Corrosion rate carbon steel is 1/*4 times of running water, 1/3 times of *0% ethylene glycol, and 1/4 times of *0% calcium chloride.
• High specific heat: better performance on cooling storage compared to ethylene glycol.
• High heat-conducting rate: improve heat changing efficiency and reduce heat transfer area.
• Low viscosity: viscosity is *4cps at **0℃, which is lower than conventional coolant ethylene glycol (*7cps).
• Soluble in water: easy to clean.
• High flash point: non-flammable, non-explosive.
• Safe: FNCL*6 is neutral in pH value, odorless, does not generate poisonous gas, and less toxic than calcium chloride and ethylene glycol.
• Good compatibility: compatible with calcium chloride and ethylene glycol systems and could be used as supplement fluid to these systems.
