CC belt(cotton conveyor belt)has good flexibility, groove formation property and lesser cost . These are used mainly for transporting powder material, small and medium granular or less wear and some other items to the common temperature tape.

Structure

These belts have their both carcass and cover made from Cotton fabric material .It uses multi-layer cotton or terylene cotton fabric and finished using the techniques of of calendering, firming and vulcanizing for carcass development.While for cover cotton is used which has hardness and offer lesser resistance.Different types of cover is used like terylene cotton fabric and other similar.
