Heat resistant conveyor belt adopts SBR or EPDM as coveying layer,special high temperature resistaant canvas as carcass materials,not only solving the fabric shrinkage and deformation problems under the environment of high temperature,but also avoiding crucial problem as high degree of saturation of ethylene propylene rubber,poor adhesion.

The life of heat resistant belt is largely afffected by the the belt's surface temperature during operation.The belt temperature directly influence not only the adhesion between cove&ply,but also the abrasion and cracking resisrant performance of cover rubber.Please make full tests of the temperature and other conditions,and then choose the suitable type.

Much thicker ruubber is very important to ensure much longer life of the belt.
