Description:

CRA is our unique PVC impact modifier developed by our R&D
Center, which is an interpenetrating network copolymer (IPN),Its main function is to enhance the
impact strength of PVC finished products under low temperature and to promote the fusion
property of PVC blend. It can endow the best impact-resistance and toughness to PVC final
products than other PVC impact modifiers.
In addition CRA series have better weatherability owing to it has not any chemical double bond.
CRA series are insoluble in water and ethanol, but soluble in acetone and chloroform

(1)CRA**1M:replace opaque MBS
(2)CRA**2A:replace AIM(acrylic impact modifier)
(3)CRA**3CA:replace CPE+PA +AIM(acrylic impact modifier) with less dosage
(4)CRA**4CP:replace CPE+PA(processing aid) with less dosage
(5)CRA**5C:repalce **0% CPE with less dosage
Remark: Above are main grades ,not all . We can design and make adjust according to specified
requirement by customer to form new grade.

Application fields:
CRA series are mainly used to produce opaque PVC products,such as PVC profiles, PVC pipes, PVC
sheet ,PVC panel , WPC etc.

How to use CRA to replace other PVC impact modifier?
If you use CRA to replace other PVC impact modifier,Normally you dont need change your current
formulation except for reducing the using dosage of impact modifier.
Please just let us have your below answers,our technician will recommend the correct CRA type
and using dosage to you.
1. What kind of PVC products are you producing? PVC pipe, PVC profile or others?
2.What kind of stabilizer are you using? Tin stabilizer, Ca-Zn stabilizer or lead compound stabilizer?
3.What the filler content are you using in present formulation?
4.Currently how many impact modifier are you adding per **0kg PVC ?
For example: we are using 8kg CPE plus 1kg processing aid per **0kg PVC resin to produce PVC window profile ,the filler content is *0kg per **0kg PVC.

Packaging and Storage:
*5kg/bag PP valve bag with PE liner ,**0kg/sack PP bag with PE liner or requirement by customer.
It should be stored in cool and dry surroundings with shelf life of two years, it can be still used if
qualified by inspection after shelf life.
