1, Insulation boxes which maintain the cold storage materials at certain low temperature:

When using PU or PF insulation, heat preservation period only lasts for 1 or 2 days; When using VIP heat insulation materials, heat preservation period is prolonged to 4 or 5 days, thus air transportation could be replaced by truck or rail transportation which greatly reduces the transportation cost.

2, Cold storage insulation box:

When the interior insulation materials are the same (1) With PU foam, dimension 57cm x50cmx50cm, insulation layer thickness of 3.8cm, applied with 21.8 kg coolant, heat preservation period is 120h; (2) With VIP heat insulation and dimensions 33cmx46cmx28cm, insulation layer thickness 2.5cm, applied with 7 kg coolant, heat preservation period is prolonged to 200h. After using the new VIP material, the heat preservation box volume reduces 70%, the coolant reduces 68% while the heat preservation time is extended to 66%. VIPs not only reduce the freight, but also improve the transportation distance with obvious economic effect.

Traditional insulation box:
1, Thermal insulation effect is not ideal, almost all of the cold chain insulation boxes in the market are using PU foam materials, transportation costs are too high and the thermal insulation performance are in uncertainty, if you wanna guarantee the performance of thermal insulation, the cost is significantly increased.

2, White foam boxes are generally used in frozen food turnover transportation which belongs to FMCG, they could be easily damaged and insulation performance are not ideal. Frozen food also need to have a prior packing bags for themselves before they can be placed in the white foam box transportation, thus labor costs a lot.

Supertech insulation box:

In the  structure, PU coated VIP board, the leading role for the insulation performance is the VIPs, the PU protects the VIPs well after applying them on the VIPs so the VIPs will not be easily damaged during the transport process.
