E***1B 　Flexible Polymer Cement Waterproof Latex

E***1B flexible polymer cement waterproof latex is composed of superior polymer waterproof latex which only for building and various auxiliaries. After mixing with cement and applying on base surface, the latex can form a flexible waterproof course that has excellent elasticity, adhesion, rupture strength, impermeability, crack resistance, weatherability, acid and alkali resistance. This product is free of poison and pollution and easy to operate, which perfectly complies with the requirement for environmental protection.
 
 application scope
 For roofs, underground projects, kitchens and bathrooms.
 
Operation Methods
 
Base surface treatment: Keep it smooth, clean, firm, and free of dust, water or oil stain. Where there is a flaw such as a honeycomb or crack must be repaired at first, and then internal and external corners should be made into circular arcs. The base surface that is too dry should be made wet by sprinkling water before operation.
 
Formula for waterproof latex
Latex: cement = 1 : 0.8(weight ratio). Stir them into fine and non-granule mixture with a mechanical mixer. Use it up in *0 minutes after opening the package.
 
Latex application:
Apply the prepared waterproof latex evenly over the substrate. A second or third application is generally needed to reach the thickness required by the design.The waiting time of each application base on the previous layer which touch to be non-stick, which is about **0 minutes (depending on weather condition). The next application must be done with vertical direction base on previous layer.

• Add a certain amount of water to dilute the waterproof latex if it is too thick.　　　
• successive procedures such as sticking facing tiles should be carried out ***0　

• The cement must common Portland cement above *2.5(R)
• Shake the latex evenly before used, it will work better. And it must be used up at one time, or it will fail to work.
• Referenced application amount:  1.0kg/m2 for 1mm thickness
