We,
Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt Ltd.(Egg Processing Divisin) produce
excellent quality Egg Powder which is same/alternate to the egg
liquid and convenient to store.
The Egg Powder is
processed in hygienic condition and it is a free from pathogenic
bacteria as well as free from Antibiotics, Pesticides, growth
promoters and metabolite residues. The Egg liquid is
pasteurized and Spray dried at appropriate temperatures
to retain its functional characteristics and to obtain processed
eggs having the same properties as fresh eggs.. It is
produced from only fresh eggs which are procured from
selected farms.
The process
facility is approved by EIC, FSSAI Govt of India. The Plant
is **0% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) and certified for HACCP, ISO
****0:***5, SQF, HALAL Quality System. The types of
products are as below.
1) Whole Egg
Powder
2) Egg Yolk Powder
3) Egg
White (Albumen) Powder
4) Heat Stable Yolk Powder
5) Sugared Whole Egg Powder
We have been
supplying egg powder the manufacturers of Bakery Products,
Mayonnaise, Egg Noodles, Protein Powder, Animal Healthcare
Products, Aqua Feed, Pet Food etc
The shelf life
of the product is one (1) year from the date of manufacturing
without any additives or preservatives. It can be stored in
a normal dry room temperature.
