Glass bottles are lifted up to against the filling valves by pneumatica cylinders, centering bells are used to guarantee the right position of bottle mouth. Ring bowls can be lifted by motor to handle different height of bottles. Many sensors and detectors are used to achieve no bottle-no filling and no bottle-no capping functions. PLC and touch screen are used as controller and man-machine interface. Frequency converter is used to adjust the speed continuously.
