(hot-filling, bottling machines, bottle filling machines, juice /tea filling machine) Hy-filling RCGN Sieries mono-block rinser/filler/capper is designed for bottling hot-filling juice or tea in PET bottles. Empty bottles are rinsed first. Micro-vacuum filling technology is used for filling hot juice or tea drinks. The filling temperature can reached *3 C. Bottles are handled by neck griping, and magnetic constant torque technology is used for screw capping. Frequency inverter is used to adjust the speed continuously, PLC and touch screen is used for controlling. All electronic and pneumatic components are from the band names. The capacity is from ***0 BPH to *4, **0 BPH (refered to **0 ml bottles). And may more related to PET Hot-Fillilling machine for Juice/Tea as per requirement of customer&#**9;s Application.
