The activity decreases quickly with the rise of temperature.

Function**-Glucoamylase can successively slice off glucose unit of amylose from the non-reducing end to produce glucose quickly.It is widely used in the production of alcohol, distilled spirit in fermentation of antibiotics, organic acid, amino acids and vitamins when glucose is used as fermentation medium. This product is also widely used in the production of various kinds of glucose. In a word, it can be used in any industries in which starch and dextrin must be hydrolyzed by enzymes.

Package**- Liquid products are packed with *5 kg non-toxic plastic barrel.
                Powder products are packed with film bag (2 kg/bag) as inner wrapper and carton as outside wrapper, and net weight of each carton is *0 kg.

Storage**-With the best efforts to avoid insolation and high temperature during the transportation and storage. Keep the environment clean and cool, and it is better to store at low temperature (environmental temperature below *5℃). Stored at *5℃ for six months or at 5℃ for one year, the enzyme activity is not less than *0% of the labeled value.
