APPLICATION.
The cable with rubber insulation and rubber sheath a voltage rating of  450/750 V are used to connect moving machines, mechanisms and equipment to alternating current mains with a frequency up to 400 Hz or constant rated voltage 1000 V, as well as for fixed installation of electrical equipment.
The cable is intended for applications where the sheath is exposed to disinfecting and aggressive substances, as well as lubrication oils.
The cables conform to the international standard IEC 60245-4 in terms of their design, technical characteristics and operational properties.
The cable may be used to connect moving machines, mechanisms and equipment to electric mains with a nominal voltage 0,6/1 kV in stationary applications, and to power electric drives.
Moving the cable by dragging on any surface with the use of mechanisms is forbidden. It is allowed to move the cable using mechanism with the use of devices that exclude damage and dragging of the cable.
CONSTRUCTION.
Сonductor - stranded copper.
Separating layer - synthetic film. The insulation without a film is allowed if the insulation does not stick to the core.
Insulation bauble layer EPR insulation. The isolated corer are twisted into a bunch.
Separating layers synthetic tape or talcum powder.
Sheath flame retardant rubber. In a single-core cable, the insulation and sheath can be applied simultaneously.
SPECIFICATIONS
Type of climatic version in accordance with GOST 15150 Y, placement category 1, 5.
Operating temperature range:
- During nonstationary laying - from -40 °Ð¡ to 60 °Ð¡;
- Stationary laying - from -60 °Ð¡ to 85 °Ð¡.
Permissible core heating temperature - not more than 85 °Ð¡.
Electric resistance of conductive cores complies with GOST 22483 upon acceptance and delivery, for the period of operation and storage - not more than 110% of the rated value upon acceptance and delivery.
Electrical resistance of conductor insulation:
- upon delivery and upon acceptance - not less than 100 MOhm/km;
- during operation and storage - not less than 1 MOhm/km.
The cable withstands exposure to alternating voltage (frequency 50 Hz) for at least 5 min:
- upon acceptance and delivery - 2.5 kV;
- during operation and storage - 1.5 kV.
Permissible bend radius of the cable:
-in nonstationary laying, at air temperature up to -25 °Ð¡ not less than 6 actual cable diameters;
-In case of fixed laying - not less than 3 actual cable diameters;
-At nonstationary laying if air temperature is below -25 °Ð¡ - no less than 12 actual cable diameters
at least 12 actual cable diameters.
Tensile stress - not more than 19.6 N (2.0 kgf) per 1 mm2 of total cross section of all leads.
It is allowed to have not more than 20% of cable segments of length not less than 20 m in the delivered lot.
By agreement with customer it is allowed to supply cable with any length
the cable is resistant:
- to multiple bends;
- to influence of industrial oil;
- to influence of ozone.
Cable doesn't spread flammability when laid alone.
Service life:
- in case of stationary laying - 25 years;
- In case of nonstationary laying - 5 years.
The warranty period of the cables is not more than 1 year.
Warranty period is calculated from the date of putting the cables into operation, but not later than 12 months from the date of manufacture.
It is forbidden to move the cable by dragging on any surface using mechanisms. It is allowed to move the cable with the help of mechanisms using devices which exclude cable damage and dragging.
Term of cable storage at the customer in the manufacturer's package - not more than 2 years.
