H07V-K - wires for electrical installations with PVC plastic compound insulation

APPLICATION.

Wires for electrical installations are used for electrical installations with fixed installation in lighting and power networks, as well as for installation of electrical equipment, machines, machine tools for rated alternating voltage 450/750 V AC with frequency up to 400 Hz or direct  voltage up to 1000 V.
H07V-K complies with DIN VDE 0281-3 German standard on the basis of HD 21.3 harmonized document. H07V-K wire of Electrocable, Kolchugino plant, OJSC has the certificate of the international certification system KEMA-KEUR on its design, performance and operating characteristics.

CONSTRUCTION.

Сonductor - stranded copper.
Insulation polyvinyl chloride plasticate in different colors. The coloring is solid. For wire used for grounding purposes, the insulation is green-yellow in color. The color of solid insulation must be specified in the order.

SPECIFICATIONS

Type of climatic version U, placement category 2 of State Standard 15150.
Operating temperature range from - 50 °Ð¡ to 40 °Ð¡.
The wire is resistant to the effects of relative humidity up to 100% at ambient temperatures up to 35 °Ð¡.
Hardness degree III.
The bend radius of the wire during installation is not less than 5 outer diameters.
Service life of the wire is at least 20 years if the requirements for transportation, storage, laying, installation and operation are followed.
Guaranteed service life is 2 years.
